The story of our visit
A must-visit spot, being this Roman pizza al taglio establishment featured in 5 out of 11 rankings dedicated to Rome's best supplì, including Gambero Rosso and La Cucina Italiana. I can only confirm its excellent quality—crispy coating, flavorful filling with generous chunks of ragù, perhaps slightly dry, abundant mozzarella that unfortunately in my case didn't have that characteristic stretch since it had been reheated rather than served fresh from the fryer. My only minor quibble is with the coating, which I found a bit too fine-grained, but that's a matter of taste. The pizza itself is also very good, both soft and crispy. Worth noting that, having arrived during a quieter time, they automatically reheated everything before serving it without the usual "would you like me to heat that up for you?" routine. Overall, a place with excellent products and a first-rate supplì—probably not quite top 10 material, but close behind.
