The story of our visit
Excellent pizza al taglio spot, highlighted by Puntarella Rossa among Rome's best supplì. Indeed, I found their supplì to be appreciable and slightly above average. Crispy exterior without overdoing it, and flavorful filling even if not particularly generous or juicy. Their presence in one of the 11 supplì rankings I've compiled for myself is therefore well-deserved. Not top ten material, but it definitely holds its own in the top 50. I also tried their pizza, which being a traditionalist I only sample as Margherita, and found it good—soft and fragrant, well-seasoned, though there's room for improvement in the quality of ingredients. Prices are fair.
