The story of our visit
Excellent Roman pizza and outstanding fried appetizers. We tried the classic supplì, very good—crispy coating, generous portion, flavorful filling, and wonderfully stretchy mozzarella. Excellent, though for my purist palate the Parmesan is a bit too pronounced, which is already a departure from tradition. The montanara, on the other hand, didn't win me over; the tomato on top was completely bare, salt included. The pizzas were spot-on in respecting authentic Roman pizza tradition; we sampled the margherita and parmigiana. For the kids, it's great that they offer chips and chicken strips—both arrive in generous portions with excellent value for money. To finish, a good tiramisu, decidedly generous and the kind I'd say is perfect for two to share, with a well-balanced interplay between sweetness and bitterness.
The restaurant itself isn't particularly large, but there's an outdoor space near the street that makes up for it with additional seating.
