Cucineria Duca Re

The location isn't exactly fancy, but excellent value for money makes you forget about it. The restaurant is housed in a small warehouse complex and modest in size, yet simply and elegantly furnished. The dishes we tried were all fairly good and reasonably priced, except for the cacio e pepe arancino which was a bit bland. The pinsa, carbonara, cacio e pepe, and the daily special—a borlotti bean soup with guanciale—were definitely winners. In my opinion, with slightly higher-quality ingredients, they could do even better. During lunch hours it's generally packed, so it's best to book ahead.
