Become an Anonymous Taster

Anonymous Tasters are the heart of Foodoso. They are fanatics of a dish: they love it so much that they want everyone to have the chance to discover it and fall in love with it like they did. That's why they aspire to give free visibility to restaurants that respect and cherish that dish, while calmly detesting those who, for profit or incompetence, ruin the experience. They join the project knowing they will never gain anything from it, except the personal satisfaction of sharing and transmitting a passion. Every Anonymous Taster knows they can't be an expert on all dishes, but on at least one, yes. They know that being from the places where that dish was born and took root is important, even if not sufficient.
